Paul is one of the founders of the firm. He has been meeting the accounting, tax and business consulting needs of closely-held businesses for over 25 years. During this period he has been a partner in local and national accounting firms. Paul has significant experience in the distribution, manufacturing, service businesses, leisure and real estate industries, as well as extensive experience with law firms and architects. Paul also provides services to companies and their owners/executives in need of financing, buy/sell consulting, general business and financial matters, business and individual tax planning and restructuring services. Paul is active and has been the leader of several nonprofit organizations. He is a member of the AICPA, and the MSCPA. He received a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters degree in accounting from Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting.
