Paul D. Schneider, CPA

Paul is one of the founders of the firm. He has been meeting the accounting, tax and business consulting needs of closely-held businesses for over 30 years. During this period he has been a partner in local and national accounting firms. Paul has significant experience in the distribution, manufacturing, service businesses, leisure and real estate industries, as well as extensive experience with law firms and architects.

Paul also provides services to companies and their owners/executives in need of financing, buy/sell consulting, business valuations, business and individual tax planning and restructuring services.

Paul is active and has been the leader of several nonprofit organizations. He received a B.S. in 1974 from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters degree in accounting in 1975 from Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting.

Gerry is one of the founders of the firm. He has been providing accounting, tax and financial consulting services to his clients for over 30 years. Gerry has significant experience in the following industries: Distribution, Printing, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Hotels, Food Service and Professional Service Organizations.

In addition, Gerry provides services to clients in need of financing and buying or selling businesses.

Gerry is an active leader in several nonprofit organizations. He received his B.S. from Bryant College in 1966.

 

Brian G. Osganian, Esq.

Brian is a Director of Taxation, concentrating in all areas of Federal and State Taxation; including individual, estate and fiduciary income taxation, estate planning, partnership and corporate taxation. Brian also has extensive experience in state and local and multi-state taxation. Brian is a tax attorney who formerly practiced with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue in the position of Tax Counsel. After leaving the Massachusetts Department of Revenue in 1983 Brian joined the tax department of Laventhol & Horwath, a national accounting firm, where he was a Senior Tax Manager.

Brian is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Committee of Taxation, The Massachusetts Society of CPA's and the Norfolk Estate and Business Planning Council. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, receiving a B.A. in political science. He received a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School in 1977 and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College in 1983.

 

Richard G. Shults, CPA

Rick has over 17 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services primarily to closely-held businesses. These include architects, engineering firms, retail stores, law firms, manufacturers, distributors, construction contractors, medical practices, hotels and restaurants. He also has assisted clients in acquisitions/sales of businesses, evaluating accounting systems and the valuation of their businesses.

Rick is in charge of the firm's quality control, accounting and auditing and continuing education committees.

Rick attended Providence College and received his B.S. in Accounting in 1982.
